Our mission is to provide a mentoring experience that serves as a safe space to help increase the mentee’s levels of self-confidence, spirituality, emotional health, and personal development.
Focus Fairies Mentorship agrees to work towards the following goals and objectives as the focus of a mentoring partnership with the mentee(s) in your organization:
- Develop a dynamic reciprocal relationship fostering professional growth
- Work towards the personal development of the mentee(s)
- Introduce mentees to best practices in the discipline
We would enter into this agreement with your organization to work in partnership with you. It is our expectation that this partnership will foster professional growth and career development for the mentees. In order to ensure that the mentoring relationship will be a mutually rewarding and satisfying experience, Focus Fairies Mentoring agrees to:
- Maintain confidentiality in this relationship
- Sustain this relationship for this semester
- Meet with the mentee(s) twice this semester (a minimum of three meetings is recommended)
Both Focus Fairies Mentoring and the organization who wishes to partner with us should agree on expectations for the partnership. Expectations could include: How we will communicate between sessions, what agenda format we will use, how to exchange feedback, how to measure success, etc.

Focus Fairies Mentoring is a 501(c)3 organization that is dedicated to serving preteen and adolescent youth and young adults that reside in underrepresented communities, oftentimes plagued by violence. We are dedicated to unlocking access to resources and fine-tuning skill sets needed to position our mentees for success throughout their journeys to adulthood.
